Day 233 of Safer-at-Home here in Panama City Beach, FL. Florida’s Community Coronavirus Dashboard has not updated their site yet.

I finally walked this morning, something I am trying to get back in the habit of doing. It was a beautiful and sunny day and I enjoyed my time outside.

My big achievement of the day was finishing my list of personal items damaged when my house flooded during Hurricane Sally and sending the list off to the insurance adjuster. And tomorrow I am meeting with a contractor to give me an estimate on repairing my home, as I feel that the insurance company’s offer was low.

Then I decided to make some chicken tortilla soup, using the bone broth I made on Monday. With these cooler nights, I am looking forward to have some soup for dinner.

I found watching the election results last night made me too anxious. So I the switch channels and watched and an episode of “Queen’s Gambit”, which I am really enjoying, and a Norwegian series entitled “Wisting.” For some reason I like TV shows from the Scandinavian countries. Part of it is watching the characters navigating all that cold weather, and knowing I could never live in that climate.
