I am still cleaning up the flooded porch. The main problem now is the soaked wool area rug. I am trying to lift it up and put plastic milk cartons under it to facilitate its drying.
I am trying to develop a new routine. I use to work on the yard in the mornings, But with the heat, rain and humidity this has not been happening. And my yard is starting to look like a jungle. So yesterday, I decided to start working on the yard in the late afternoon, when I get a nice Gulf breeze in my back yard. As a result I am moving posting to my blog to the morning before I go to the shed to work.
Moonie, the cat, has become addicted to catnip. I read that only 50% of cats have a reaction to it. And Moonie is definitely one of those. Instead of just smelling it, she likes to eat it, and she begs me for it. I also read that they cannot overdose of it, which I am thankful for.
Stay Safe, Stay Healthy and Wear a Mask.
