Day 154 of Safer-at-Home here in Panama City Beach, FL. Last night’s statistics for COVID-19 from Florida’s Community Coronavirus Dashboard for Bay County are 4,879 cases and 69 deaths, and for Florida are 604.948 cases and 9,587 deaths. There are 63 people in local hospitals with coronavirus diagnosis.

I was busy this weekend. Saturday we had a Bay County Genealogical Society Board meeting. Five of us were in there in person and two participated virtually. Caroline arrange for us to meet upstairs at the St. Andrews Bay Yacht Club in a giant room. We each had our own table and were able to maintain social distancing. We decided we will continue to have our membership meeting by way of Zoom and also put them on YouTube afterwards. We did get off subject when we talked about the slowdown of the Post Office. It seems everyone is being affected.

Sunday I cooked all day. In the morning I made a whole chicken in my Instant Pot. In the afternoon I took the carcass and made bone broth in the Instant Pot. I still need to divide it up and freeze it, so I will have it for future recipes. Tomorrow I need to figure out how to use the rest of the chicken. I am thinking of chicken enchiladas and chicken salad.

I also had a Zoom meeting with my two daughters and granddaughter. It is probably the last one with my granddaughter for awhile. She heads off to college next Saturday and will be starting the next chapter in her life.

I am having difficulty getting back into my creative life. Last week was especially social and I got out of my routine. This morning I did a little prep for when the new windows will be installed. In the afternoon I made it to my workshop but only was able to prep some metal for enameling. I am thinking maybe tomorrow I will work in the workshop in the morning and work around the house in the afternoon.
