Zoom, Zoom, Zoom

Day 66 of Sheltering-in-Place here in Panama City Beach, Florida. This morning’s statistics for COVID-19 here in Bay County are 84 confirmed cases and 3 deaths. and for Florida are 45,588 cases and 1973 deaths. The other day on Twitter I saw a video of people protesting without masks with their young children. I am thinking do what you want with your own health, but why endanger your children’s health. I just don’t get it. My rant for today.

This has been a Zoom week for me: Tuesday with my Book Club, Thursday with my friends, Nancy and Theresa, Friday, first with my Mixed Media Maniac (MMM) friends, then with participants of my free webinar, then Saturday in the morning with Bay County Genealogical Society (BCGS) Board Members and in the afternoon with BCGS membership and later today with my family. It really is nice to connect with everyone.

Other than that my weekend has been low key, yesterday I watched some movies and cooked some food. That about sums it up. Today I do want to start sewing a curtain for my bedroom closet. My house is small and has 1970 size closets, so we removed the doors to all the closet in the bedrooms, to provide a little more space years ago. I used to have fabric draped over a rod in my closet and took it down to hang clothes from the rod. I got tired on that and now want to put a curtain up so I don’t have to see the inside of my closet when I am in bed.
